💾ПЕДАГОГИЧЕСКИЕ УСЛОВИЯ ВКЛЮЧЕНИЯ КРУЖКОВОГО ДВИЖЕНИЯ В ПРОЦЕСС ПОДГОТОВКИ БУДУЩИХ ЛИДЕРОВ ГЛОБАЛЬНЫХ РЫНКОВ ВЫСОКИХ ТЕХНОЛОГИЙ

Аннотация. Статья посвящена рассмотрению педагогических условий включения кружкового движения в процесс подготовки будущих лидеров глобальных рынков высоких технологий. Разработка, внедрение и распространение робототехники, искусственного интеллекта и других «сквозных» технологий актуализирует проблему подготовки инженерных кадров. В условиях нового технологического уклада требуется изменить систему обучения школьников. В статье приводятся сравнительный анализ «классического» варианта обучения и профессионального развития современного человека и индустриальной карьерной траектории и управления талантами в логике Национальной технологической инициативы. Логика развития общества требует создания образовательной среды, в которой молодые люди вместе с экспертами работают над интересующими их проектами, пытаются запускать свои стартапы и создавать решения, меняющие мир. Кружковое движение предполагает задействование трех сфер: образование, бизнес, общество. Обозначены направления развития экосистемы кружкового движения. Проанализированы возможности переноса схемы научно-технического кружка в условия общеобразовательной организации. Представлены направления деятельности каждого представителя кружка в общеобразовательной организации. К ним относятся: носитель практики будущего, наставник, стейкхолдер и держатель площадки. Стейкхолдер должен быть ориентирован на схему «школа – вуз (ссуз) – предприятие» как на объект долгосрочных инвестиций в кадровый потенциал предприятия. Разграничены понятия наставника и учителя-предметника. Предлагаются конкретные решения по совершенствованию образовательного процесса с целью подготовки будущих инженерных кадров.

THE PEDAGOGICAL CONDITIONS FOR INCLUDING CIRCULAR MOVEMENT IN THE PROCESS OF PREPARING FUTURE LEADERS OF HIGH-TECH GLOBAL MARKETS

Abstract. The article is devoted to the consideration of the pedagogical conditions for the inclusion of the circle movement in the process of preparing future leaders of the global high-tech markets. The development, implementation and dissemination of robotics, artificial intelligence and other end-to-end technologies actualizes the problem of training engineering personnel. In the conditions of the new technological order, it is required to change the system of teaching schoolchildren. The article provides a comparative analysis of the «classic» variant of training and professional development of a modern person and the industrial career trajectory and talent management in the logic of the National Technology Initiative. The logic of the development of society requires the creation of an educational environment in which young people, together with experts, work on projects that interest them, try to launch their own startups and create solutions that change the world. The circle movement involves the involvement of three areas: education, business, society. The directions of development of the ecosystem of the circle movement are indicated. The possibilities of transferring the scheme of a scientific and technical circle to the conditions of a general educational organization are analyzed. The directions of activity of each representative of the circle in the general educational organization are presented. These include: a bearer of the practice of the future, a mentor, a stakeholder and a platform holder. The stakeholder should be focused on the scheme «school — university (college) — enterprise» as an object of long-term investment in the personnel potential of the enterprise. The concepts of a mentor and a subject teacher are delimited. Concrete solutions are proposed to improve the educational process in order to train future engineering personnel.
