Аннотация. Статья посвящена анализу современной учебной литературы и научных публикаций, посвященных реформам Петра Первого в сфере ремесленного производства. Автор показывает наличие противоречий в оценках современных российских авторов проведенных преобразований. Хотя время острых научных дискуссий по вопросам влияния экономических мер на дальнейшее развитие России осталось в прошлом, однозначного подхода по этому вопросу так и не сложилось. Помимо этого, в статье рассматривается степень раскрытия темы государственного регулирования ремесла в учебной литературе. При изучении эпохи Петра Первого и в школе, и в вузах, этот аспект фактически не освещается. В школьных учебниках констатируется факт проведения реформ, но ни их суть, противоречивость и последствия, никак не анализируются. Однако тема регламентации ремесленного производства может быть использована для организации интерактивных форм занятий с обучающимися, для развития у них навыков критического мышления и исследовательской деятельности. Тема может стать основой учебного междисциплинарного проекта, как школьников, так и студентов. В конце статьи автор делает обоснованный вывод о научном и учебном потенциале данной темы.

REGULATION OF CRAFTSMANSHIP PRODUCTION IN RUSSIA BY PETER THE FIRST: PROBLEMS OF STUDY AND MODERN INTERPRETATION

Abstract. The article is devoted to the analysis of modern educational literature and scientific publications devoted to the reforms of Peter the Great in the field of handicraft production. The author shows the presence of contradictions in the assessments of modern Russian authors of the reforms carried out. Although the time of sharp scientific discussions on the impact of economic measures on the further development of Russia is in the past, there has not been an unambiguous approach to this issue. In addition, the article considers the degree of disclosure of the topic of state regulation of the craft in educational literature. When studying the era of Peter the Great both at school and at universities, this aspect is not actually covered. In school textbooks, the fact of reforms is stated, but neither their essence, inconsistency and consequences are analyzed in any way. However, the topic of regulation of handicraft production can be used to organize interactive forms of classes with students, to develop their critical thinking and research skills. The topic can become the basis of an educational interdisciplinary project for both schoolchildren and students. At the end of the article, the author makes a reasonable conclusion about the scientific and educational potential of this topic.
