Аннотация. Статья посвящена результатам научно-экспериментальной работы, направленной на формирование военно-профессиональной направленности курсантов (ВПНК) инженерных специальностей в ведомственном вузе. Раскрывается материал, отражающий ход экспериментальной проверки структурно-функциональной модели формирования ВПНК и соответствующей Программы, доказывающий, что предложенный механизм способствует повышению уровня сформированности компонентов исследуемой направленности будущих военных инженеров по определенным критериям. В статье представлены результаты педагогического эксперимента по формированию ВПНК в воспитательной системе ведомственного вуза. Результативность исследования, подтвержденная методами математической статистики с применением t-критерия Стьюдента, программных пакетов Excel, SPSS Statistics v19.0, обеспечивается критериально-оценочным аппаратом, совокупностью методов исследования, достоверностью исходных данных, комплектом апробированных диагностических методик. Научно-экспериментальная работа по формированию ВПНК в ведомственном вузе, обусловленная системой практико-ориентированных задач включает в себя: изучение, оценку и сравнение результатов, полученных в ходе констатирующего и формирующего экспериментов; выявление динамики процесса формирования ВПНК. Доказана эффективность разработанной в ходе научно-экспериментальной работы модели формирования военно-профессиональной направленности будущих офицеров инженерных специальностей и реализованной в воспитательном процессе ведомственного вуза Программы, основная задача которой заключалась в повышении уровня изучаемой направленности. Подчеркнуто, что интеграция в Программу педагогических, информационной и мультимедийной технологий качественно изменила методы и организационные формы воспитательной работы и обеспечила эффективность процесса формирования ВПНК.

RESULTS OF SCIENTIFIC AND EXPERIMENTAL WORK ON THE FORMATION OF MILITARY-PROFESSIONAL ORIENTATION OF CADETS OF ENGINEERING SPECIALTIES IN A DEPARTMENTAL UNIVERSITY

Abstract. The article is devoted to the results of scientific and experimental work aimed at the formation of military-professional orientation of cadets (MPOC) of engineering specialties in a departmental university. The article reveals the material reflecting the course of experimental verification of the structural and functional model of the formation of the MPOC and the corresponding Program, proving that the proposed mechanism contributes to increasing the level of formation of the components of the studied orientation of future military engineers according to certain criteria. The article presents the results of a pedagogical experiment on the formation of MPOC in the educational system of a departmental university. The effectiveness of the study, confirmed by the methods of mathematical statistics using the Student’s t-test, Excel software packages, SPSS Statistics v19.0, is provided by a criterion-evaluation apparatus, a set of research methods, reliability of initial data, a set of proven diagnostic techniques. Scientific and experimental work on the formation of MPOC in a departmental university, due to the system of practice-oriented tasks, includes: the study, evaluation and comparison of the results obtained during the ascertaining and forming experiments; identification of the dynamics of the process of formation of MPOC. The effectiveness of the model of formation of the military-professional orientation of future officers of engineering specialties developed in the course of scientific and experimental work and the program implemented in the educational process of the departmental university, the main task of which was to increase the level of the studied orientation, is proved. It is emphasized that the integration of pedagogical, information, multimedia technologies into the Program has qualitatively changed the methods and organizational forms of educational work and ensured the effectiveness of the process of formation of the MPOC.
