💾 РЕСУРС ПРОФЕССИОНАЛЬНЫХ КОНКУРСОВ В РАЗВИТИИ КАДРОВОГО ПОТЕНЦИАЛА ПЕДАГОГОВ ДОШКОЛЬНОГО ОБРАЗОВАНИЯ МОСКОВСКОЙ ОБЛАСТИ

Аннотация. В статье представлены материалы, раскрывающие назначение профессиональных конкурсов и конкурсного движения в профессиональном развитии педагогов. Конкурс профессионального мастерства представлен как многоуровневый (включающий конкурсы муниципального, регионального и федерального уровней) механизм, позволяющий включить педагогов в режим инновационного поиска и развития. Федеральный конкурс «Воспитатель года» становится драйвером развития профессионального сообщества, поскольку формирует не только команду участников, включающую свыше 700 педагогов за десятилетнюю историю, но и команды сопровождения. Данные команды становятся ресурсом развития педагогов в региональных системах дошкольного образования.
    В статье систематизирован опыт Московской области в организации конкурсного движения. В регионе разработана модель, позволяющая вовлекать педагогов в конкурсное движение и оказывать им поддержку на всех этапах профессионального развития. Данная модель учитывает статус педагога в профессии: молодые и начинающие педагоги, опытные педагоги, педагоги мастера и наставники.
    Продемонстрированы инструменты поддержки профессионального развития педагога на всех этапах конкурсов: предконкурсном, конкурсном и постконкурсном. Проведен анализ индивидуального опыта и педагогических находок лауреатов и победителей Московской области в конкурсах профессионального мастерства.

RESOURCE OF PROFESSIONAL COMPETITIONS IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE PERSONNEL POTENCIAL OF PRESCHOOL TEACHERS IN MOSCOW REGION

Abstract. The article presents materials that reveal the purpose of professional competitions and competitive movement in the professional development of preschool teachers. The competition of professional skills is presented as a multi-level (including competitions at the district, municipal, regional and federal levels) mechanism that allows preschool teachers to be included in the mode of innovative search and development. The federal competition "The preschool educator of the Year" is becoming a driver of professional development of the community. In fact that not only a team of participants is formed, including over 700 preschool teachers over a ten-year history, but also support teams. These teams become a resource for the development of preschool teachers in regional systems of preschool education.
The article systematizes the experience of Moscow region in organizing the professional competition. A model has been developed in the region to involve preschool teachers in the competitive movement and provide them with support at all stages of professional development. This model takes into account the status of the preschool teacher in the profession: young and novice preschool teachers, experienced preschool teachers, master preschool teachers and and mentors.
The tools for supporting the professional development of a preschool teacher at all stages of competitions are demonstrated: pre-competitive, competitive and post-competitive. The analysis of the individual experience and pedagogical findings of laureates and winners of Moscow region in professional skillcontests is carried out.
