Аннотация. В статье рассматриваются особенности творческой самопрезентации на конкурсе педагогического мастерства как формы представления личности и демонстрации профессионального опыта педагога дошкольного образования. Дано определение самопрезентации, раскрыто ее значение для процесса актуализации и самоанализа творческого потенциала воспитателя, показаны приёмы и методы создания творческой самопрезентации. В статье делается вывод о том, что освоение технологии самоанализа педагогического опыта, выделения из него наиболее ценных компонентов, выработка умения оценить свои педагогические находки с точки зрения их научности, целесообразности, технологичности становится предпосылкой не только для успешного прохождения конкурсных мероприятий, но и дальнейшего профессионального роста и будущей карьеры педагога. CREATIVE SELF-PRESENTATION OF THE TEACHER OF PRESCHOOL EDUCATION IN THE CONDITIONS OF COMPETITION OF PROFESSIONAL SKILL

Abstract.The article considers the features of such forms of presentation of the personality and demonstration of the professional experience of the teacher of preschool education as a creative self-presentation in the contest of pedagogical skills. The authors define self-presentation as verbal and nonverbal demonstration of self by a teacher in the system of external communications, reveal the value of this form of activity for the process of disclosure and introspection of the creative potential of the teacher, characterize the methods and methods of creation of creative self-presentation, its structure and key elements, allowing the most clearly and fully present the experience and creative credo of the teacher. Self-presentation is considered in the article as a way of self-actualization, which makes it possible to present personal and professional qualities in interaction in action, to express a value attitude to the profession and life, to reflect the ideological and pedagogical attitudes of the teacher. According to the authors, the preparation of materials of creative self-presentation for each participant of the competition of pedagogical skills is a real school of professional development, since the teacher in this period most intensively directs efforts to comprehend and structure their personal professional experience, which is the key to success in the field of pedagogical activity. The article concludes that the development of the technology of self-analysis of pedagogical experience, the allocation of its most valuable components, the development of the ability to evaluate their pedagogical findings in terms of their scientific and technological feasibility becomes a prerequisite not only for the successful completion of competitive measures, but also for further professional growth and future career of the teacher.
